Our Group: Leadership
Thinkers & Doers
Nadi works as a team of cohesive thinkers and doers. We brainstorm together to achieve nothing but the best results for our clients. We not only make the process fun and entertaining, but uncover hidden opportunities and open new communications channels for our clients. We seek out new ways of bringing our client’s products and services to market; to get them noticed in a cluttered, busy world. We all know it’s about market share; increasing our client’s bottom line and strengthening their market position is at the forefront of every initiative.

Chuck Tomlinson – Digital Director
Bringing your brand to the digital world takes careful consideration. Chuck has over 15 years of digital brand integration and programming experience. Driven from a results oriented approach, Chuck codes in many different languages and chooses technologies for each project based on proven methodologies. The acronyms and “flavor of the day”; ASP, .Net, PHP, C++, Cold Fusion, Flash, AJAX, XML, CMS, SEO, SEM, MSSQL, MySQL, HTML5, DHTML.. etc, etc.. are irrelevant to Chuck. He can do them all and only uses them when appropriate to achieve desired results.
Flash seemed like a good choice for Playboy Enterprises when he completed an interactive sales presentation to be used nationally to help secure their position in the marketplace; What better than .Net and MSSQL when programming backend functions for the Department of Defense; Of course he used XML and AJAX to refresh content on Coronado Performing Arts Center’s homepage. It just made sense.
Julia Kindler – Design Director
It’s all in the eye of the beholder. That’s how Julia sees things; from the eye of the target audience. She has a knack of seeing the world from the eyes of a kid who may want to visit the Discovery Center or through the eyes of a long time subscriber of the Rockford Symphony Orchestra. Julia works her vision in whatever medium seems to move her to the desired results. It could start with a brush and palette, a camera, or a mouse. Through visuals, she communicates the personality of a brand, creates intuitive web interfaces, and extends brands into environmental space.
Julia holds a B.F.A. in Art with an emphasis in visual communications.
